About us

Valuations, done by people who stand behind them.

Fairstrike Equity was founded by valuation experts with 20+ years of experience and equity-compliance specialists who believe every finance team deserves a 409A they can trust — reviewed by a person, not just a model.

What we believe

Three things we don't compromise on

01

Rigor

Every report follows IRS, AICPA, and USPAP standards and is reviewed by a director before it reaches you — not just run through software.

02

Speed

A valuation that arrives after your board meeting or your closing date isn't useful. We build our process around your calendar, not ours.

03

Partnership

We work with whatever cap table platform, auditor, or counsel you already have — our job is to make your next milestone easier, not harder.

Our team

Experts, not algorithms

Our team has delivered valuations across SaaS, biotech, consumer, fintech, and deep tech companies — from first option grant through exit. With 20+ years of combined valuation experience and over 300 clients served, every engagement is led by a valuation expert and reviewed by a director before it reaches you.

Founders

The people behind Fairstrike Equity

Three co-founders with backgrounds in banking, valuation, and equity services.

Portrait of Aseem Goel

Aseem Goel

Co-founder

Aseem most recently served as Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the COO at Pulley, a cap table and equity services platform for seed to Series B companies, where he owned the scope of an equity services marketplace launch and led M&A due diligence. Before that, he led due diligence and post-merger integration work for CFOs and private equity investors as a Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and worked in financial advisory at EY. He brings that operating and diligence experience to Fairstrike Equity.

Portrait of Nikhil Chandak

Nikhil Chandak

Co-founder

Nikhil has spent about 15 years in mid-to-senior banking and finance roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of Mauritius, IndusInd Bank, and Ashika Capital. In 2019 he founded PC3 Group, which advises businesses on fundraising through debt and private equity, and on valuation. That capital-markets experience shapes how we think about what a company is worth to the investors, lenders, and acquirers who will read our reports.
