Who we are

Fairstrike Equity LLC ("Fairstrike Equity", "we", "us") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@fairstrikeequity.com or through the Get Started page.

When we collect information

We do not collect personal information when you simply browse this website. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, we do not set cookies or store anything in your browser, and the site does not load fonts, scripts, or other content from third parties. Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

We collect information only when you choose to contact us through the Get Started form, and only after you tick the consent box and submit the form.

What we collect through the form

• Full name, work email, and company name (required, so we can reply to you).
• The service you are asking about (required, so we can route your request).
• Company stage and a free-text message (both optional).

Please do not put sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or passwords, in your message. If you become a client, we will tell you how to share documents securely.

How we use it, and why

We use your details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, set up an engagement. Our legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not make automated decisions about you, and we will not add you to a marketing list unless you separately opt in.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business, our professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it. Our main provider is Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives your form submission on our behalf; we may also use email and customer-record tools. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Where it is processed

Our team and service providers may be located in different countries. Netlify is based in the United States, so your form submission may be processed there. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement, and then delete them, unless we must keep them longer, for example as part of the records of an engagement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect use before you withdrew). You may also complain to your data protection authority. These rights arise under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, California privacy law, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
