Refund and cancellation policy

Our services are provided under a written quote or engagement letter. If that document says something different from this page, the engagement letter applies.

Before work begins

You can cancel at any time before we begin work, and we will refund in full any amount you have prepaid.

After work has begun

If you cancel after we have begun, you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, and we refund any unearned prepayment.

Delivered reports and letters

Once a final report or letter has been delivered, fees are non-refundable because the work has been done. A refund is not available because a conclusion differs from what you expected. If you find a factual error in a deliverable, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.

Annual and recurring services

For annual services such as Managed Services, you can cancel renewal at any time before the next term begins, and we will not charge you for a term you have cancelled in advance.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@fairstrikeequity.com with your company name and the engagement concerned. We process approved refunds to the original payment method.
